Strategically positioned along the El Camino Real corridor with proximity to major employment centers and Levi's Stadium, the project creates a diverse housing range from two-story townhomes to five-story apartment buildings with integrated courtyards and amenities.

The development underwent a complex approval process including general plan amendment, zoning change, and full Environmental Impact Report under CEQA, with extensive community engagement ensuring stakeholder input throughout planning and entitlement.

This transit-oriented, high-density project exemplifies innovative approaches to integrating multiple land uses while addressing both regional housing shortages and growing hospitality demand in one of California's most dynamic markets.
