Our name honors the deep roots we share in California public education. Co-founders Alan Katz and Chris White both attended California public schools from kindergarten through college, beginning at Riverside Elementary and Oak Crest Middle School. Rivercrest combines those origins and reflects our lifelong commitment to supporting the educators and institutions that shaped us. As a firm dedicated to helping schools thrive through the development of educator workforce housing and real estate consulting services, our name is both personal and purposeful.
