Lev Weisbach has more than 30 years of experience as a project manager and architect in a diversified range of project types and scales.  He has been responsible for the management of projects ranging from $500,000 to $75 million, and he has extensive experience shepherding projects from inception to completion. At Rivercrest Partners, Lev’s TK-12 experience includes Cabrillo Unified School District, Culver City Unified School District, Jefferson Union High School District, and Chula Vista Elementary School District.  Lev focuses on management, architectural and technical coordination to meet the regulatory requirements of project development. Additional experience with the Rivercrest Partners team includes Salesforce Mission Bay Headquarters and project planning for Dominican University of California in San Rafael.

Prior to Rivercrest Partners, from 2003 to 2010, Lev was a principal at CCS Architecture, a nationally recognized architectural design firm, responsible for the management of the San Francisco office. Representative projects include work for Hyatt Hotels, retail and restaurant projects, the Flagship Store for Tesla Motors in Santa Monica, and the Holy Family Day Home Pre-School in San Francisco.

From 1996 to 2003. Lev worked for Gensler Architecture.  As a project manager for commercial and cultural projects, he managed the development of all phases of documentation and regulatory agency approvals.  Representative projects include the Shaklee Corporate Headquarters, the San Francisco Jewish Community Center, and the Bay Meadows Mixed-Use Projects in San Mateo, California.

Before joining Gensler, Lev worked as a project architect at Anshen + Allen, a prominent San Francisco science and healthcare design firm.  Lev coordinated the work of the consultant teams, managed the development of all technical project documentation, led regulatory agency approvals, and provided construction administration services.

Lev’s projects have been exhibited in San Francisco, New York, Toronto, and New Delhi, and have appeared in Architectural Record, Architecture, Praxis, and Dwell.
