Salesforce Campus
San Francisco, CA
Before pivoting to the iconic Salesforce Tower, Salesforce pursued an ambitious two-million square foot headquarters campus spanning six blocks and 14 acres in San Francisco's Mission Bay district. This corporate campus undertaken with famed architecture firm Legorreta + Legorreta from Mexico City, represented one of the largest proposed developments in the city, designed to accommodate the company's rapid growth in one of San Francisco's most dynamic emerging neighborhoods.
Real estate advisory services were provided in support of the Mission Bay project encompassing site selection and financial analysis, project feasibility and due diligence.
Upon land acquisition, comprehensive development management services were provided, ultimately resulting in the overwhelming support from San Francisco Redevelopment Agency staff and the unanimous project approvals by the Agency Board.
Alan Katz, while at Brookwood Group, was co-Project Principal leading this engagement in support of Salesforce.
