Rivercrest AP Automation
Rivercrest AP Automation is an internal tool used by Rivercrest Partners to automate accounts-payable and accounts-receivable workflows in our own QuickBooks Online instance.
What it does
The application connects to Rivercrest Partners' QuickBooks Online account using Intuit's official API to:
- Code consultant invoices to the correct client, project, and expense category as they arrive in our billing inbox.
- Track accounts-receivable aging against active client engagements.
- Match incoming client deposits to the corresponding open invoices.
- Trigger pay-when-paid alerts for sub-consultant invoices once the related client deposit has cleared.
- Reconcile QuickBooks records against our project-management and time-tracking systems.
Who can use it
This application is for the exclusive internal use of Rivercrest Partners LLC and our authorized employees, contractors, and service providers. It is not made available to external customers or third parties, and it is not distributed publicly.
